  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  1. Before you start preparing the sliders, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables and Seasoning

  1. Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. Chop the parsley leaves for garnish and set them aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the Everything Bagel Seasoning. Set this aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Vegetables

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add a bit of the melted butter. Sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper with a pinch of kosher salt until they are tender. Set the sautéed vegetables aside.

Step 4: Cook the Beef

  1. In the same skillet, add a little olive oil. Add the roasted beef slices and cook until they are grilled and heated through.

Step 5: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Carefully slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally to create an even top and bottom.
  2. Line a 9×13 or 11×17 pan with parchment paper, and place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in the pan.
  3. Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Layer half of the Provolone cheese slices on top of the mayonnaise-covered rolls.
  5. Evenly arrange the cooked beef slices over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the sautéed onions and bell peppers over the beef, then add the remaining slices of Provolone cheese on top.
  7. Place the top halves of the dinner rolls over the cheese and beef.
  8. Brush the top of the rolls with the seasoned melted butter you prepared earlier.

Step 6: Bake the Sliders

  1. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the buns are browned and the cheese is melted.
  2. If the cheese isn’t fully melted after 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
