Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup caramel sauce homemade or store-bought, room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Pan
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  • Melt the Fudge Base
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds. Stir, then heat in 15-second intervals until smooth and melted.
  • Add Pecans and Flavor
  • Stir in vanilla extract and fold in chopped pecans until evenly combined.
  • Pour and Swirl
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife or spatula.
