**3 large eggs**
- **1 tbsp butter**
- **Salt and black pepper
to taste**
- **1 biscuit**
- **½ lb breakfast sausage**
- **2 tbsp all-purpose flour**
- **1½ cups whole milk**
- **2 medium potatoes
peeled and thinly sliced**
- **2 tbsp vegetable oil**
- **1 tsp paprika**
- **2 sausage patties**
- **3 slices bacon**
- **2-3 slices beefsteak tomatoes**
Instructions
**Prepare the Scrambled Eggs:** Whisk eggs, season, and cook in butter until soft and set.
**Make the Gravy:** Cook sausage, sprinkle with flour, stir in milk, and season until thickened.
**Cook Home Fries:** Fry potato slices in oil, season with paprika, and cook until golden.
