Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

cup fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped

ripe banana, frozen (for creaminess)

cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

cup coconut water (or regular water)

tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Blend: Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut water to reach your desired consistency. If it’s too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

Taste and Adjust: Once blended, taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again to combine.

Serve: Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses. Garnish with strawberry or pineapple slices for a tropical touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste!

You can Prepare Ahead: If you’re in a rush, pre-chop the fruits and store them in the refrigerator. You can also take advantage of frozen fruit, which makes this smoothie cooler and creamier.
