Ingredients
  

  • - 500g 1 lb potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • - 1 tbsp vegetable sunflower, or olive oil
  • - ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • - ⅛ tsp dried rosemary
  • - ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • - ¼ tsp onion granules
  • - ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • - Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
  • Wash potatoes thoroughly and slice into ¼-inch rounds.
  • Toss potato slices in oil, then season with parsley, rosemary, garlic powder, onion granules, black pepper, and salt.
  • Arrange slices in a single layer on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

- Use a mandoline slicer for even slices.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
- Add shredded cheese during the last 10 minutes for a cheesy twist.
