Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • - ½ cup melted butter
  • For the Creamy Layer:
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • - Dash of milk
  • For the Topping:
  • - 1 can cherry pie filling
  • - Optional 8 oz Cool Whip or Dream Whip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a baking dish and bake for 5 minutes. Let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
  • Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. (Optional) Top with Cool Whip.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

Notes

- Use cinnamon graham crackers for extra flavor.
- Substitute cherry pie filling with blueberry or strawberry for variety.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
