French Onion Butter Rice

- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 10.5 oz can French onion soup
- 1 10.5 oz can beef consommé
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder optional
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In the dish, combine uncooked rice, French onion soup, and beef consommé. Stir gently.
Pour melted butter over the mixture. Cover with foil.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the rice is tender.
Remove from oven, fluff with a fork, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
