  • - 3 ripe bananas
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 box yellow cake mix
  • Optional Add-Ins:
  • - Chopped nuts
  • - Chocolate chips
  • - Dried fruits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line two small loaf pans.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  • Whisk in eggs until combined.
  • Gradually add cake mix, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in optional add-ins, if desired.
  • Divide batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool for 10 minutes in the pans, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
