Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Optional Add-Ins:
- Chopped nuts
- Chocolate chips
- Dried fruits
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line two small loaf pans.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Whisk in eggs until combined.
Gradually add cake mix, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Fold in optional add-ins, if desired.
Divide batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pans, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
