Ingredients
For the Pecan Crust:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese
softened
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
For the Pudding Layer:
- 1 package
3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
- 1 package
3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups whole milk
For the Topping:
- Remaining Cool Whip
- Grated chocolate for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine flour, butter, and pecans, then press into a 9×13-inch dish. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Whisk pudding mixes with milk. Spread over the cream cheese layer and freeze for another 20 minutes.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Chill each layer for clean cuts and perfect presentation.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
