Ingredients
  

  • For the Pecan Crust:
  • - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • - ¾ cup melted butter
  • - 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • For the Cheesecake Layer:
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • - 1 cup Cool Whip
  • For the Pudding Layer:
  • - 1 package 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • - 1 package 3.4 oz chocolate instant pudding
  • - 3 cups whole milk
  • For the Topping:
  • - Remaining Cool Whip
  • - Grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine flour, butter, and pecans, then press into a 9×13-inch dish. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Whisk pudding mixes with milk. Spread over the cream cheese layer and freeze for another 20 minutes.
  • Top with remaining Cool Whip and garnish with grated chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

- Chill each layer for clean cuts and perfect presentation.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
