Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 5 ounces half & half
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in brown sugar and half & half. Bring to a boil and cook for exactly 1 minute and 45 seconds.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot mixture over it and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, spread evenly, and let cool for 1-2 hours.
Once set, slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
- For faster setting, refrigerate the fudge for 30-45 minutes.
