Ingredients
  

  • For the Sandwich:
  • - 4 fresh croissants
  • - 2 cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • - ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • - ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • - Salad seasoning
  • For the Chicken:
  • - 2 large chicken breasts sliced into fillets
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - Oil for frying
  • For the Herb Butter:
  • - 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken fillets and dredge in flour. Fry until golden and crispy.
  • Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley to make herb butter.
  • Toss shredded romaine with Caesar dressing and seasoning.
  • Brush croissants with herb butter and toast until golden.
  • Assemble sandwiches with chicken, Caesar salad, and Parmesan.
