Ingredients
For the Sandwich:
- 4 fresh croissants
- 2 cups romaine lettuce
shredded
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
grated
- Salad seasoning
For the Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts
sliced into fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
For the Herb Butter:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
melted
- 2 cloves garlic
minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Season chicken fillets and dredge in flour. Fry until golden and crispy.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley to make herb butter.
Toss shredded romaine with Caesar dressing and seasoning.
Brush croissants with herb butter and toast until golden.
Assemble sandwiches with chicken, Caesar salad, and Parmesan.
