These no-bake Butterfinger Balls are bite-sized treats filled with peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and crushed Butterfinger candy, all coated in chocolate.

Ingredients
  

  • - 4 tbsp softened butter ½ stick
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 8 oz chocolate bark or chocolate chips
  • - ½ cup Butterfinger bars crushed
  • - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • - 1 cup peanut butter classic, not natural
  • - ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • - Crushed Butterfinger bars
  • - Festive sprinkles
  • - Coarse sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter and softened butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix well. Gradually mix in powdered sugar.
  • Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars.
  • Roll dough into 1–1½ tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze balls for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Dip each ball into the chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  • Decorate with crushed Butterfinger bars, sprinkles, or sea salt. Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Use classic peanut butter for the best consistency.
