Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 large russet potatoes
  • - 4 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 tsp salt
  • - 2 tsp garlic powder
  • - 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • - Optional: Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
  • - Dipping options: Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a large baking sheet.
  • Wash and slice potatoes into wedges, ensuring even sizes.
  • Toss wedges with olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the wedges. Toss with parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
  • Arrange wedges on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  • Bake for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve with dipping sauce.
