- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Optional: Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a large baking sheet.
Wash and slice potatoes into wedges, ensuring even sizes.
Toss wedges with olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
Mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the wedges. Toss with parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
Arrange wedges on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
