👨‍🍳 How to Make Taco Stuffed Shells

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  • Boil jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions.
  • Drain and arrange individually to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • In a pan, brown ground beef, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and salsa, cooking for 2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese, stirring until fully melted.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dish

  • Pour ½ of the enchilada sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture and arrange in the dish.
  • Drizzle with remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

4️⃣ Bake & Serve!

  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite toppings!
