Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
🔹 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
🔹 Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
🔹 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
3. Cream the Butter & Sugar
🔹 Using a stand or hand mixer, cream sugar and butter for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
🔹 Add in eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
4. Combine & Fold in Pineapple
🔹 Gradually add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
🔹 Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple with a spatula.
5. Bake
🔹 Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
🔹 Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Cool & Glaze
🔹 Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack before removing from the pan.
🔹 Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and pineapple juice until smooth.
