Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Oven & Baking Pan

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.

2. Make the Crust & Crumble Topping

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter cubes.
  2. Blend until crumbly, either using a pastry cutter or your hands.
  3. Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for the topping.
  4. Press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.

3. Prepare the Pineapple Filling

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, sour cream, salt, and flour.
  2. Stir in the pineapple, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture over the partially baked crust.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved crumble evenly on top.

4. Bake & Cool
