Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven & Baking Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
2. Make the Crust & Crumble Topping
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter cubes.
- Blend until crumbly, either using a pastry cutter or your hands.
- Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for the topping.
- Press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Prepare the Pineapple Filling
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, sour cream, salt, and flour.
