Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables
- Slice the cucumbers, peel them if desired, and place them in a large bowl.
- Thinly slice the onion into rings and separate them.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges or halves if using cherry tomatoes.
2. Make the Marinade
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, water, salt, pepper, and oil until well combined.
