Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough & Fillings
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- Brush the bottom of the dough with garlic butter for extra flavor.
2. Layer the Ingredients
- Arrange pepper jack cheese slices evenly over the dough.
- Layer pepperoni, salami, and ham on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meats.
- Leave 1 ½ inches around the edges to make rolling easier.
3. Roll & Seal the Stromboli
- Carefully roll the dough from one side, tucking in the edges as you go.
- Once fully rolled, place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with a beaten egg wash for a shiny, golden crust.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Cut small slits on top to allow steam to escape while baking.
