Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough & Fillings

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Brush the bottom of the dough with garlic butter for extra flavor.

2. Layer the Ingredients

  1. Arrange pepper jack cheese slices evenly over the dough.
  2. Layer pepperoni, salami, and ham on top of the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the meats.
  4. Leave 1 ½ inches around the edges to make rolling easier.

3. Roll & Seal the Stromboli

  1. Carefully roll the dough from one side, tucking in the edges as you go.
  2. Once fully rolled, place it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush the top with a beaten egg wash for a shiny, golden crust.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  5. Cut small slits on top to allow steam to escape while baking.

4. Bake & Serve

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
