Step 1: Prep the Chicken & Broccoli

1️⃣ If using chicken breast, cut it into chunks and process in a food processor until finely chopped. (Or use ground chicken for convenience!)
2️⃣ Steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes, then chop it into tiny pieces.

Step 2: Make the Fritter Mixture

3️⃣ In a bowl, combine chicken, breadcrumbs, broccoli, eggs, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
