Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
🔹 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
🔹 Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
🔹 In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream the Butter & Sugars
🔹 In a large bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
🔹 Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
4. Combine & Fold in Mix-ins
🔹 Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
🔹 Fold in chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
5. Scoop & Bake
🔹 Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
🔹 Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
