7-Up Biscuits – Soft, Buttery & Absolutely Irresistible!
👨🍳 How to Make 7-Up Biscuits
1️⃣ Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up until combined.
- The dough will be very soft—don’t worry, that’s normal!
2️⃣ Shape the Biscuits
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough, folding until lightly coated with Bisquick.
- Pat out the dough and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or cookie cutter.
3️⃣ Prepare the Pan
- Melt butter in the bottom of a cookie sheet or 9×13 baking dish.
- Place the cut biscuits on top of the melted butter.
4️⃣ Bake & Enjoy!
- Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra butter, honey, or jam!
